We value every purchase, and we appreciate your business. Unfortunately, we have a no returns policy. BUT, if your necklace happens to break within 14 days, we are happy to send you a new one. Simply send your broken piece back to PO Box 1871 Santa Rosa Beach, Florida 32459. Please email our team to let us know to expect your package at masonjaynejewelry@gmail.com.
We do our best to honor all shipping requests to ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible. To guarantee that an item reaches you when expected, please read the shipping policy below for online orders. business shipping hours:
Monday – Friday, 9AM – 3PM CST, excluding national holidays
FedEx and USPS Priority items ordered after daily shipping hours will be processed the next business day. Items ordered on Friday after 3PM CST, as well as items ordered Saturday and Sunday, will be processed the following Monday. First Class Shipping can take up to 3-5 business days to process prior to ship. We primarily ship through USPS and FedEx.
Please Note: We will not be able to refund the shipping cost as it is directly paid to our providers.
Also Note: Due to Covid-19 shipping has been unpredictable. Please be patient as we navigate this unknown territory. Each package should have a tracking number.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING POLICY
Items purchased with expedited shipping need to be placed before 3PM CST in order to be processed and shipped out the same day. Orders placed after 3PM CST will be processed and shipped the following business day.
FEDEX EXPEDITED SHIPPING POLICY
FedEx 2Day is a guaranteed 2 business day delivery service. Our FedEx expedited shipping option does not deliver on the weekends. Orders placed Thursday will be delivered on Monday. Orders placed Friday before 3pm will be delivered Tuesday. Orders placed Friday after 3pm and on Saturday/Sunday will be delivered the following Wednesday.
